Whichever service brings you in, the person you sit with matters more than the label on it. We hire experienced clinicians and take care of them, which is why several of ours have been here five to seven years. You get continuity instead of starting over with someone new every year.
Tell us what is going on and we will point you to the right clinician. You can request an appointment directly, or book a free 15-minute consultation first if you would rather talk it through.
If you are not sure, start with the appointment request form and describe what is going on. We read every request and match you with the clinician whose training fits best. You can also book a free 15-minute consultation to talk it through first.
Individuals, couples, and families, with clients age 12 and up. We do not provide play therapy for young children.
Yes. If you have someone in mind, name them on the request form and we will check their availability.
We accept cash, card, and most major insurance plans. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. If you are unsure about your coverage, call us and we will help you check. You can find our session fees on the Rates & Insurance page.
It depends on what you are working through. Some people come for a focused stretch of a few months, others stay longer as new things surface. We revisit progress with you regularly rather than keeping you in therapy by default.
